- Provide Tier 3 technical support to internal stakeholders across the United States.
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize software development workflows.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and software updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a remote or hybrid IT environment.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
