Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 500+ clients using proprietary software
- Resolve payroll discrepancies within 24-hour turnaround time
- Collaborate with HR to implement new tax regulations quarterly
- Generate customized payroll reports for executive stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Train new hires on payroll system protocols
- Optimize payroll workflows using automation tools
- Conduct monthly audits for financial accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or Paychamp payroll systems
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA and IRS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP macros
- Proven ability to handle confidential data
- Strong problem-solving under tight deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills
