- Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of AI workloads, implementing best practices for cloud-native deployment.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI usage, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Futuristic Knowledge: Deep understanding of upcoming AI trends for 2026, including Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and autonomous agents.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders.
