Nexus Future Labs is pioneering the next generation of autonomous systems. We are seeking a visionary 2026 AI Architect to lead the architectural design of our cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms. In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for self-improving AI systems that operate with minimal human intervention.
As a key leader in our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that powers our 2026 vision of seamless human-machine collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for autonomous agents and LLM-based systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct deep technical reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks in AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Drive innovation in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Establish best practices for AI model monitoring, evaluation, and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
