In this role, you will bridge the gap between current AI capabilities and the quantum supremacy anticipated in 2026, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
As a key member of our R&D division, you will not just implement existing technologies but actively design the protocols and architectures that will power the next generation of global computing.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for integrating quantum-ready infrastructure into existing AI pipelines by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures that seamlessly blend classical and quantum computing environments.
- AI Optimization: Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models optimized for post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists, quantum physicists, and software engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to assess the viability of emerging 2026 tech stacks and protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI, Big Data, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate future tech trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
