Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 AI roadmap, integrating quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, engineers, and ethicists to deliver breakthrough AI solutions
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance standards for emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders in quantum-AI convergence
- Present AI innovations to C-suite executives, investors, and key stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation AI talent through our Quantum Fellows program
- Secure $5M+ annual research funding through government grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Quantum Computing with 10+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale (min. 3M+ users)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI)
- Certified in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM, or EU AI Act compliance)
- Experience securing federal research grants (DARPA, NSF, NIH)
- Strong background in AI commercialization and product lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
