- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers

- Present strategic visions to Fortune 500 C-suite executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or Quantum Physics from Tier 1 university
- 15+ years in enterprise tech architecture with 5+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Expertise in neural interfaces and sustainable computing
- Track record of launching 3+ patent-pending technologies
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
