Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects and leading high-performance teams.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical executives.
