Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 infrastructure roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum-ready systems.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in designing scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee system architecture reviews to ensure security, reliability, and high performance under heavy load.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and advise on their implementation.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep understanding of modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with system design patterns, scalability solutions, and high-availability architectures.
- Strong background in Machine Learning infrastructure and data pipeline management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
