Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable systems for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating AI-driven automation.
- Technology R&D: Conduct deep research into emerging technologies, including Neural Interfaces and Quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to microservices architecture, ensuring high availability and low latency for global users.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience in serverless architectures.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong background in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
