Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years leading AI/ML teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Published research in Nature/Science on ethical AI deployment
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Proven track record scaling blockchain solutions to 10M+ users
- Deep knowledge of neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) autonomous systems
- Experience with UN SDG-aligned tech development
