Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for emerging tech validation
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects to cultivate next-generation innovators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical implications on emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Strategic Innovation with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review on technological disruption
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS Professional Foresight) or equivalent
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patents or industry-shaping innovations
