Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging technology domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Author thought leadership on technology evolution forecasts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
