Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure technological advancement and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, startups)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
