Responsibilities
- Architect scalable tech roadmaps for 2026-2030 ecosystem integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Partner with policy makers to shape regulatory standards for emerging tech
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Drive sustainability initiatives in cloud infrastructure and edge computing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on quantum systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Experience with international tech policy development (ITU, WEF, etc.)
- Expertise in decentralized architectures and Web3.0 infrastructure
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams across multiple continents
