Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with operational goals.
- Conduct rigorous market research and scenario planning to identify disruptive technologies and emerging market opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to define strategic initiatives for the coming years.
- Predict and mitigate technological risks associated with long-term strategic planning.
- Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing long-term strategic plans and influencing organizational direction.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, etc.) and their potential applications by 2026.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear insights.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to mentor cross-functional teams.
