Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech incubators for early-stage innovation sourcing
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $25M innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation frameworks
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on emerging technology adoption strategies
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends and their societal implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, biotech convergence, or space tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological adoption curves
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., from MIT, Stanford)
- Experience scaling technology teams from 10 to 100+ members
