- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) to identify market opportunities
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for experimental projects
- Present strategic frameworks at global forums (World Economic Forum, CES 2026)
- Mentor startups in Horizon's incubator program focused on UN SDG alignment
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks across enterprise ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to commercialization ($50M+ revenue impact)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: quantum machine learning, climate-tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) with portfolio of scenario-planning projects
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or EU Horizon Europe funding
