Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and climate-positive tech
- Drive adoption of AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation practices across departments
- Manage a $5M R&D budget with quarterly ROI analysis for emerging tech projects
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and integrate cutting-edge startups
- Present strategic briefings to the board and industry conferences on tech futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, or carbon-negative tech
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
