- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress through advanced analytics dashboards
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Track record of launching at least two future-focused initiatives to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent preferred
