- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and finance teams
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology deployment
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/Unicorn experience
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
