Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI, biotech convergence, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify market gaps and innovation opportunities in the 2026 technology landscape
- Conduct horizon scanning of global tech trends and competitive landscapes using proprietary predictive analytics
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners with compelling data visualizations
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in launching at least two paradigm-shifting technology initiatives
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology forecasting models
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI ethics frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
