Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Produce executive briefings on technology disruption impacts and opportunities
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Define KPIs for measuring future technology readiness and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in exponential technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience leading cross-organizational innovation initiatives
