Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing breakthrough digital transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech convergence
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience building strategic roadmaps for 3-5 year horizons
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite and technical teams
