Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives for 2026

- Analyze emerging tech disruptors and recommend strategic investments or partnerships
- Create innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation team of futurists and technologists
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Deep expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite boards
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and R&D pipelines
