Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Design adaptive governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and policy influencers
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor next-gen talent in futures thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, climate modeling, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with global policy frameworks (UN SDGs, WEF initiatives)
- Strong network in venture capital, academia, and government innovation labs
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
