Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Create executive briefings on exponential technology trends and their business implications
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Present at global tech summits representing Horizon's thought leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology
