- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and strategy teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies (e.g., design futures, scenario planning)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology trend analysis and implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Proven experience managing innovation pipelines from concept to launch
