Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, bio-integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Design and implement future-proof frameworks for organizational resilience and adaptation
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven models
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable growth methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, patents, books)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
