You'll lead cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles while maintaining a pulse on disruptive forces reshaping industries.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops on future-proofing business models
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Present foresight findings to investors and board members
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology trends
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi)
- Track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in AI governance and ethical tech frameworks
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
