Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead moonshot projects in neuro-interfaces and climate-positive tech
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate exponential tech into core business strategy
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Author thought leadership for industry conferences and whitepapers
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and similar institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in exponential tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep familiarity with emerging tech ethical frameworks (UNESCO AI ethics, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executives
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ industry-disrupting innovations
