- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks in rapidly evolving technological landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record commercializing breakthrough technologies post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, biotech, or climate tech
- Executive-level experience managing R&D budgets >$3M
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or peer-reviewed innovation research
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting models
