- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to incubate next-generation solutions
- Present futuristic scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global technological and societal shifts to update organizational strategy quarterly
- Mentor innovation teams on future-focused methodologies and forward-thinking approaches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futuristic concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
