Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts post-2025
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops with stakeholders from Silicon Valley to Wall Street
- Produce annual 'Future State' white papers distributed to global policymakers
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at recognized firms
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (2024-2026)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech or finance sectors
- Strong portfolio demonstrating trend-to-strategy translation projects
