Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for technology adoption and market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological shifts post-2025
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging technologies with R&D and product teams
- Publish thought leadership on 2026 industry trends and future-of-work transformations
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate frontier startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and global stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or innovation roadmaps required
