Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and their market implications
- Partner with R&D to integrate forward-looking concepts into product development lifecycles
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and strategic adoption
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
