Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology and innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and emerging disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting our 5-year vision
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate strategic foresight into corporate planning and investment decisions
- Design and deliver thought leadership frameworks for clients, positioning them as industry pioneers
- Manage innovation incubation programs, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with proven 2020+ impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Track record of leading complex initiatives from ideation to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
