- Lead cross-functional workshops to incubate next-generation product concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future scenarios to leadership and drive data-driven decision-making
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Author thought leadership on future technology adoption and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and translating them into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.) and their applications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published industry foresight work
- Experience with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, etc.)
