Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze 2026+ technological convergence points across AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Curate an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (patents/products preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum AI, brain-computer interfaces, or climate tech
- Published work in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier-1 publication
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Physics
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of technology adoption curves
