Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-era technology roadmaps across quantum, bioinformatics, and AI domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA innovation labs
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Present foresight frameworks to Fortune 100 CTOs and government innovation councils
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
- Drive innovation sprints using speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Quantum Physics with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams from concept to market deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuroprosthetics, or synthetic genomics
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals post-2020
- Experience securing $10M+ in government innovation grants (DARPA/NIH)
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (Delphi, horizon scanning, agent-based modeling)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized technologies from 2020-2023
