Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2035 strategic foresight framework for organizational innovation

- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-ready strategies into annual business cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational resilience against future disruptions
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused analysts and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends and adaptive business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies certification
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-ready initiatives
