Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for trend acceleration and adoption curve forecasting
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Curate global thought leadership summits on future-focused business strategies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced trend analysis
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Futures Journal, MIT Tech Review)
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Disruptive Innovation Strategy (Stanford/MIT preferred)
