Your work will directly influence our $2B+ innovation pipeline while shaping industry standards for the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Map, identifying emerging AI, quantum computing, and biotech breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefings for executive stakeholders and industry publications
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 technological milestones
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate next-gen startups in emerging sectors
- Present future forecasts at global conferences and influence industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futures research
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
- Experience with patent analysis and emerging technology valuation frameworks
