Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market forces impacting 2026
- Develop evidence-based scenario models and strategic frameworks for 5-10 year planning horizons
- Deliver executive-level presentations to C-suite clients on future risk/opportunity landscapes
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with global leadership teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership reports published in industry journals and forums
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and domain specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech trends
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
