Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Produce scenario analyses for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Curate thought leadership content and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Mentor innovation teams in adaptive methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Published thought leader with speaking experience at global tech conferences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
