As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate futuristic insights into actionable strategies. Your work will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market positioning for the next decade of growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and prioritize emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-planning models to simulate future business environments and quantify strategic risks/opportunities
- Design and present compelling futuristic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on long-term innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic frameworks
- Experience working in high-growth tech or aerospace industries
