Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to prototype future-proof solutions in AI ethics, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on emerging disruptive technologies
- Design and implement innovation sprints to validate future-state business models and customer experiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and competitive landscape mapping
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and influence multi-year resource allocation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in visualizing complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFTE) preferred
