Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with engineering, design, and policy teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical autonomous decision-making protocols
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Drive R&D initiatives in bio-digital convergence and climate-responsive infrastructure
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact modeling methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in technology ethics or emerging markets
- Certification in Sustainable Futures or Systems Thinking (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend analysis accuracy
