Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations, market shifts, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused initiatives into corporate strategy
- Lead scenario planning workshops and present evidence-based forecasts to stakeholders
- Design and execute innovation pilots to validate future market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and strategic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic forecasting
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills with executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
