- Analyze global innovation signals to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026+ markets
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings on exponential technologies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development roadmaps
- Represent company at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate solutions)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future-oriented topics
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term strategy
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
